- • Serve as the primary technical liaison for existing Korean customers, ensuring successful adoption and expansion of Neural Concept’s AI-driven engineering simulation platforms.
- • Develop and execute data-driven customer success plans by monitoring usage metrics, engagement patterns, and adoption milestones to drive retention and growth.
- • Deliver customized product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and advanced workflow deep-dives tailored to design and simulation engineers in automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors.
- • Lead technical discovery workshops, craft solution-oriented proposals, and own end-to-end project execution including milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
- • Act as the key conduit for customer feedback, systematically capturing feature requests and usability insights to inform Product and R&D roadmaps.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities, support renewal strategies, and align technical capabilities with customer business objectives.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams at enterprise clients, positioning Neural Concept as a trusted advisor in AI-assisted design transformation.
- • Track and report key performance indicators including customer health scores, product adoption rates, and retention metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer needs directly influence internal priorities and development focus.
- • Conduct hands-on workshops and bootcamps to reinforce learning and maximize customer proficiency with Neural Concept’s generative design and machine learning tools.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with CAD/CAE software ecosystems and apply this knowledge to tailor technical guidance and troubleshooting for engineering users.
- • Represent Neural Concept at customer sites and industry events in Korea, requiring occasional travel to support client engagements and partnership initiatives.
- • Contribute to the establishment and scaling of Neural Concept’s new office in Seoul, helping shape local go-to-market strategy and customer success processes.
- • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service in all interactions, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
- • Work within a hybrid model with flexible hours, focusing on outcomes rather than rigid schedules to support work-life balance.
- • Participate in regular team events and scheduled trips to the company’s headquarters in Switzerland to foster global team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Engineering degree with industry experience in a customer-facing technical role
- • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in a technology-driven environment
- • Fluent in both English and Korean (strict requirement)
- • Experience with CAD/CAE software
- • Understanding of Machine Learning methods and interest in AI applications in engineering
- • Proven experience in Project and/or Account Management
