  • • Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) role at ClickUp, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers by blending relationship management with deep platform expertise to drive long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation, managing account health through adoption monitoring and stakeholder engagement, optimizing business processes via IER framework workflows, enabling AI adoption through custom agent deployment and training, and driving expansion opportunities by connecting usage to business value.
  • • ClickUp is building the first converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search with context-driven AI, empowering millions of teams to break free from silos and unlock productivity; the TAM role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable success.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-native workflows, agentic automation, and enterprise SaaS adoption while influencing product direction through customer insights, managing complex multi-stakeholder programs, and building a career at the forefront of the future of work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Deep understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • • Skilled with prompt design, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks; experience with agentic tools such as Claude, n8n, or make.com is preferred.
  • • Exceptional consultative discovery skills in workflow analysis, process design, and identifying friction points using structured methods to map customer needs into ClickUp solutions.
  • • Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and outcomes, including running structured account plans and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • • Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI, interpreting usage data to drive recommendations and generate qualified leads.
  • • Executive presence and strong communication skills to build trust at both executive and team levels through credibility and clarity.
