• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and improving collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom), translating business needs into technical solutions, driving adoption and integrations, improving employee experience through automation, identifying and implementing practical AI use cases, turning workflows into AI-enabled solutions, partnering with Legal/Security/Compliance on responsible AI, tracking AI adoption and business value, supporting automation and identity/access workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, integrating systems, gathering requirements, leading process discovery, and creating documentation and training materials.
