- • As a Senior Technical Channel Partner Manager at Ramp, you will drive partner-driven growth by turning Ramp's developer platform and APIs into scalable, revenue-generating integrations with ISVs, embedded finance partners, and strategic tech platforms.
- • You will architect end-to-end partner integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and embedded finance primitives; pitch, negotiate, and close co-build and co-sell agreements; and serve as the primary bridge between external partner engineering teams and Ramp's internal teams to ensure integration success.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, legal, and GTM teams to design scalable partnership strategies, define and own integration success metrics (adoption, usage, retention, partner-driven revenue), and proactively resolve technical blockers such as rate limits, data mismatches, and compliance constraints.
- • You will influence partner roadmaps and product prioritization based on integration opportunities, delivering measurable impact on partner-driven pipeline and revenue while operating in a high-agency, high-urgency environment where builders own problems end to end.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in partner sales, BD, alliances, or channel partnerships with meaningful ISV/tech partner exposure
- • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, data models, authentication flows (OAuth, API keys), and embedded finance primitives
- • Ability to architect integration flows without writing production code — comfortable drawing sequence diagrams, mapping data flows, and specifying responsibilities
