• • As a Senior Technical Consultant at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers adopt and derive value from the Workato platform by bridging business needs with technical implementation. You will guide enterprises through integration and automation journeys, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success.
• • Day to day, you will onboard new customers, gather integration requirements, co-design solutions with stakeholders, share best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback, act as a customer advocate, conduct post-deployment health checks, create enablement content, and manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional service.
