📋 Description

• Lead the AI revolution at Jerry.ai by building and scaling a sophisticated AI platform that automates over 70% of inbound sales and service requests, shaping how LLMs, human-in-the-loop feedback, and computer-use agents transform the $2T car ownership industry.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI-powered customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout, partnering with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards while collaborating with OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services into ChatGPT and pioneer new model capabilities.
• Work within a mission-driven, fast-paced startup environment backed by $240M in funding, serving over 5 million customers with a 4.7-star rated app, and contribute to disrupting a legacy industry through AI innovation.
• Develop expertise in applied AI systems, technical product leadership, and cross-functional influence while owning high-impact metrics related to automation rates, answer quality, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and hands-on experience building custom AI workflows
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in API design, system architecture, and AI platform implementation
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and comfort using data to validate hypotheses and drive experimentation
