- • As a Senior Technical Product Manager for AI Engineering & Systems at Jerry.ai, you will lead the customer-facing Agentic AI product that leverages LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a seamless, magical experience for users managing car ownership—from insurance and financing to maintenance and safety. This role is critical as you will own the strategy and execution of unifying a fragmented AI platform currently spread across six locations, enabling scalable innovation in voicebot, computer use, and consumer AI applications.
- • Day to day, you will begin by learning the prompt engineering workflow through writing and updating prompts, understanding how tech stacks like Propelix, Botly, CRM, GitHub, and Replit interact, and identifying bottlenecks. You will then own the platform strategy by defining prompt consolidation plans, managing the technical prioritization queue for chatbot improvements, and making emerging technology decisions—including tracking voicebot and computer use readiness and influencing AI investment via your OpenAI partnership and ChatGPT store presence.

- • In this role, you will accelerate your career by owning high-impact technical decisions, shaping the future of Jerry’s AI platform, and gaining deep expertise in LLMs, agentic systems, and AI product strategy at scale—while validating hypotheses with SQL and driving cross-functional alignment without adding process overhead.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup
- • Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs and related technologies
- • Track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products
- • Familiarity with SQL and comfort diving into data to answer questions and validate hypotheses
- • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example when implementing AI platform standards
