- • Senior Technical Product Manager, Swap at 1inch Labs Limited, responsible for owning the end-to-end success of the Swap product domain in the DeFi ecosystem, ensuring it remains competitive, reliable, scalable, and valuable for users and partners.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product strategy, translating complex DeFi and technical concepts into clear product decisions, collaborating with Product Owners to align strategy with execution, and working closely with Product Design, QA, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development teams to drive measurable outcomes.
- • The role is part of the Product department at 1inch Labs Limited, a DeFi ecosystem builder focused on financial freedom through self-custody, security, and intuitive user experience for trading, holding, and tracking digital assets, with core infrastructure provided via protocols and APIs across the industry.
- • The person in this role can learn and achieve deep expertise in DeFi product leadership, scale impact across global crypto markets, drive innovation in swap functionality, and influence cross-functional alignment to deliver high-value outcomes in a fast-moving, industry-changing environment.

- • Strong product leadership with technical understanding and market awareness
- • Ability to understand complex DeFi and technical concepts and translate them into clear product decisions
- • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development teams
- • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and maintain or improve product competitiveness
- • Experience in B2B SaaS product management or similar technical product roles
- • Based in Dubai or willing to work remotely from European Hub Locations (UK, Spain, or Germany)
