Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• • Manage multiple large-scale technical programs spanning platform infrastructure (including GPU capacity planning and infrastructure migration), AI model pipelines (pipeline stabilization and quality gates), and product surfaces (Playground, API, SDK) simultaneously.
• • Define project scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones, and collaboratively develop execution plans with Engineering, Science, Product, and GTM teams.
• • Accelerate decision-making by presenting clear roadmaps and solutions that articulate technical trade-offs across architecture, priorities, and launch schedules.
• • Establish escalation criteria and communication structures to prevent execution slowdowns and ensure timely resolution of cross-team blockers.
• • Proactively identify and resolve information asymmetry and priority misalignment between distributed teams in Korea and the United States.
• • Serve as a critical connector between Engineering, Science, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations to ensure alignment on technical execution and business outcomes.
• • Quantify and surface technical risks early in program lifecycles to enable proactive mitigation and informed prioritization.
• • Structure complex, ambiguous initiatives into actionable plans, often drafting the first version of plans or frameworks independently when needed.
• • Drive cross-functional execution by taking initiative beyond assigned tasks—identifying problems autonomously and leading solutions without waiting for direction.
• • Maintain deep technical fluency to understand and map dependencies across AI models, infrastructure systems, and product interfaces.
• • Ensure seamless coordination of global initiatives across Seoul and San Francisco offices, facilitating clear communication and synchronized delivery.
• • Support company-wide strategic programs that impact product scalability, model performance, and customer-facing capabilities.
