• • As a Senior Technical Program Manager at SEON, you will play a crucial role in transforming product vision into reality by leading strategic initiatives across fraud prevention, risk, and compliance product suites, as well as engineering-driven projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• • You will lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, define and refine program scope and objectives, develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, proactively identify and mitigate risks, facilitate cross-functional communication, utilize data-driven insights for decision-making, adapt to changing priorities, drive process improvements, design governance frameworks, mentor junior team members, evangelize operational excellence, and build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
