  • • Own strategic programs that enhance global operations of the Solutions organization, including capacity planning, intake and prioritization, handoff design, reporting cadences, and cross-functional accountability.
  • • Drive the evolution of the Solutions strategic backlog by translating leadership priorities into scoped initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • • Improve operating discipline by defining hygiene standards, status models, prioritization reviews, stale-case handling, and real-time visibility into workload and blockers.
  • • Build and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms for Solutions leadership, ensuring metrics are actionable, well-defined, and tied to accountable owners with follow-up mechanisms.
  • • Partner with regional leads to operationalize engagement criteria, delivery frameworks, handoff thresholds, and role clarity across Solutions Engineers (SE), Sales Engineers (SA), Technical Account Managers (TAM), Delivery, Support, and partner teams.
  • • Stand up and manage the Solution team’s Feature Builder Program operating layer, including backlog normalization, prioritization, governance, and adoption measurement across regions, transforming ad hoc builder efforts into a formal execution model with protected time and risk-based governance.
  • • Collaborate with DevX, Product, and engineering teams to enhance self-serve support, improve documentation quality, implement AI-assisted workflows, and develop reusable technical assets that reduce repetitive effort by Solutions Engineers.
  • • Establish structured voice-of-customer and product feedback loops to ensure field insights directly inform better documentation, tooling, and product decisions.
  • • Translate ambiguous, cross-functional work into structured operating mechanisms that enable scalable, consistent delivery across global teams.
  • • Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, delivery, and technical enablement to support the growth of a disciplined global operating model for Solutions.
  • • Support a new builder motion where Solutions teams create reusable tools, automation, AI-assisted workflows, documentation, and product-adjacent assets to improve delivery speed and customer outcomes.
  • • Balance speed and rigor in decision-making, applying first-principles thinking to solve complex, high-visibility problems with cross-functional teams.
  • • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment across regions, functions, and leadership levels.
  • • Apply strong judgment on governance and risk when scaling new tooling, AI workflows, or customer-adjacent assets to ensure responsible adoption.
  • • Turn scattered ideas, competing asks, and evolving priorities into coherent roadmaps and execution plans with clear ownership and measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong program management instincts with experience bringing structure to ambiguous, cross-functional work
  • • Comfort operating in technical environments and collaborating effectively with Solutions Engineers, Product, and engineering teams
  • • Proven ability to move between strategy and execution—defining frameworks, writing narratives, building cadences, aligning stakeholders, and following through on details
  • • Experience building or scaling reporting mechanisms, operating cadences, backlog management, or workflow systems across global teams
  • • Familiarity with Salesforce-based operational processes and customer delivery, go-live readiness, and cross-functional dependencies
  • • Exposure to AI-assisted workflows, internal tools, or builder-style programs that turn field pain points into reusable solutions
