- • As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Laurel Technologies, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers, ensuring seamless deployment of the AI Time platform from contract signing through go-live and CSM handoff.
- • You will lead technical implementations by orchestrating deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom, guiding customers through integrations with Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO, and translating complex technical concepts into clear language for stakeholders at all levels.
- • You will sit at the intersection of customer success and engineering, running kickoff calls, hosting office hours, triaging issues in real time, and coordinating with CSMs on adoption strategies to drive active user growth and time-to-value.
- • You will maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using tools like Asana and Microsoft Planner, while leveraging agentic AI tools to scale your effectiveness and improve implementation efficiency.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Laurel, an AI Time platform serving top accounting and law firms, processing over 1 billion work activities annually, and backed by leading investors including Google Ventures and Marc Benioff, with a culture focused on innovation, inclusivity, and redefining productivity in the knowledge economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms.
- • Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers; experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus.
- • Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks including Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.
- • Excellent communication skills across executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups.
