📋 Description

• As a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Mobile team at 360Learning SAS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of a complex, high-impact mobile ecosystem that supports over 160 custom applications and serves a growing base of enterprise learners. Your work will directly contribute to reinforcing the company’s leadership in collaborative learning by ensuring seamless coordination between mobile squads and 10+ web product teams, translating strategic ambitions into reliable, on-time execution while maintaining technical excellence and reducing friction across the development lifecycle.
• You will lead end-to-end project delivery across three mobile squads — two feature-focused and one technical — by defining clear roadmaps, breaking down epics into actionable sprints, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews), tracking progress against OKRs, identifying and removing blockers, maintaining transparent communication through dashboards and stakeholder updates, and proactively managing risks related to scope, timelines, and technical debt. You will also partner closely with Technical Leads and the Engineering Manager to prioritize refactoring efforts, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the mobile architecture remains scalable and maintainable as the platform evolves.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling mobile product delivery at scale, gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies like Kotlin MultiPlatform (KMP) and modern mobile design systems, and sharpen your ability to balance technical rigor with business velocity. You’ll have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, contribute to the reduction of technical debt, and help shape the future of AI-powered mobile learning features — positioning yourself as a key enabler of innovation in a mission-driven company that values both impact and craftsmanship.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role leading delivery in mobile or complex software environments, preferably with exposure to native Android/iOS development or cross-platform frameworks like Kotlin MultiPlatform or React Native.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with demonstrated ability to facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, track metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time), and drive continuous improvement in engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and align product, engineering, design, and business teams around shared goals.
• Experience working with mobile-specific challenges such as app store releases, version fragmentation, performance optimization, and maintaining design systems across multiple client-facing applications.
• Familiarity with modern mobile development practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, modular architecture, and technical debt tracking; knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, or mobile DevOps tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity, demonstrating ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to quality and timeliness.
