• • Senior Technical Recruiter role focused on hiring exceptional engineers for Chime, a financial technology company, working closely with engineering leaders to run high-quality searches and deliver strong candidate experiences from first conversation through offer acceptance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance, building technical talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, partnering with hiring teams to run structured interview processes, tracking pipeline health and metrics, and collaborating with recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and People team members to ensure smooth hiring processes.
