- • The Senior Technical Recruiter role at Drata is critical to sourcing, vetting, and hiring top talent for high-impact, hard-to-fill technical positions that directly influence business outcomes and organizational growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for senior and technical roles, designing enterprise-level hiring strategies, advising executives on talent planning, mentoring junior recruiters, and optimizing recruiting processes through data-driven insights and tool innovation.
- • Drata is a mission-driven, high-growth company of 600+ employees focused on helping organizations build trust through automation, integrity, and customer obsession, with a hybrid work model emphasizing collaboration Tuesday–Thursday in San Francisco and flexibility the rest of the week.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition, influence company-wide hiring practices, deepen your knowledge of AI and technical labor markets, and grow as a trusted advisor and leader within a high-velocity, owner-operator culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- • Minimum 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and technical hiring
- • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred), with ability to influence tool adoption and process improvements
