- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy for the new India Product hub, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building an intelligent observability platform that empowers businesses in an AI-first world.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies, partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, proactively source technical talent through networking, research, and events, and ensure a premium candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining deep market and industry knowledge.
- • You will join a global team of innovators at New Relic, a company dedicated to advancing observability technology, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and authentic self-expression in the workplace, operating from its expanding India Product hub in Hyderabad.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting, talent analytics, employment branding, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Compensation, Finance, and Operations, while influencing hiring strategy and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 9+ years of related experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent
- • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively building a diverse talent pipeline
- • Ability to apply effective communication skills to successfully influence and advise business leaders
- • Passion for social media, internet research, and employment branding
- • Data-driven approach to problem-solving
- • Proven understanding of the Indian labor market and employment laws, with the ability to educate hiring teams
