📋 Description

• Senior Technical Recruiter role at Fable, responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design teams as the company scales rapidly in the cybersecurity space.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to refine role definitions and interview processes, maintaining the Ashby ATS, and reporting on pipeline metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Fable is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup backed by Redpoint Ventures and Greylock Partners, focused on reducing human risk in enterprise security through an AI-driven platform that shapes employee behavior.
• The role offers the opportunity to build and shape the EPD recruiting function from the ground up, work closely with technical hiring managers, and make a significant impact on talent acquisition during a period of explosive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with meaningful time at fast-growing startups (Series A–C)
• Proven ability to source passive candidates through creative outreach beyond LinkedIn InMails
• Experience running recruitment processes autonomously without reliance on a large team, dedicated sourcer, or coordinator
• Strong technical fluency to understand engineering roles and communicate effectively with hiring managers
• High standards for candidate experience and stakeholder management
