📋 Description
- • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by educating, advising, and counseling on recruiting strategies, labor market conditions, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- • Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill technical and engineering positions, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer processes.
- • Develop and execute internal and external sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools for technical roles.
- • Apply advanced recruiting techniques and methodologies to identify and engage candidates with complex skill requirements in competitive talent markets.
- • Manage relationships with third-party recruiting vendors, oversee contracts, and ensure deliverables meet hiring needs.
- • Conduct and coordinate interviews, facilitate selection decisions, and extend and negotiate employment offers.
- • Leverage data, market research, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to guide hiring decisions and solve complex recruitment challenges.
- • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- • Educate and counsel hiring managers on recruiting strategies and best practices that support organizational objectives.
- • Utilize advanced recruiting tools and platforms, including Workday or similar enterprise ATS systems, to manage recruitment workflows.
- • Maintain compliance with employment law and company policies during all stages of the hiring process.
- • Perform candidate sourcing, screening, reference checking, and onboarding support for new hires.
- • Develop plans to source appropriate candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- • Occasionally travel to the Chattanooga, TN headquarters for final interviews and in-person meetings.
- • Stay current on evolving technical talent markets and emerging recruitment technologies, including generative AI and agentic AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, HiredScore, or Paradox.
- • Drive innovative recruiting strategies that improve efficiency, diversity, and quality of hire.
- • Manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, communication, and documentation needs.
