- • AeroVect is a Series A startup transforming ground handling with autonomy, backed by top-tier VC investors in aviation and autonomous driving, serving major airlines and ground handling providers worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong emphasis on sourcing and creative talent attraction
- • Proven track record sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware
- • Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- • Experience working in fast-growing, quick-scaling startup environments
- • Bonus: Experience hiring GTM roles (sales, operations, etc.)
