📋 Description

• Senior Technical Sourcer focused on hardware talent for Shield AI’s Aircraft division, playing a critical role in scaling engineering teams by identifying and engaging top-tier technical candidates in a competitive defense-tech landscape.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting deep market mapping, developing proactive sourcing strategies for niche hardware engineering roles, building and nurturing talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to translate complex technical requirements into targeted outreach campaigns.
• Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-technology company founded in 2015, dedicated to protecting service members and civilians through intelligent systems like Hivemind autonomy software and V-BAT/X-BAT aircraft, with global operations supporting defense and security missions.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in technical sourcing for advanced aerospace and robotics engineering, refine data-driven recruitment strategies, and contribute directly to Shield AI’s mission by strengthening its engineering hiring engine with repeatable, scalable sourcing systems.
