  • • As a Senior Technical Success Manager at New Relic, you will drive value realization and revenue growth by serving as the trusted technical advisor to high-growth Global Command Centers (GCCs) in India, aligning New Relic’s observability platform with customer business outcomes.
  • • Day to day, you will partner with Sales Account Executives to own technical strategy in assigned accounts, lead value and business use case workshops, develop deep product expertise, and guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal while achieving quarterly and annual consumption goals.
  • • You will join a global team of innovators shaping the future of observability, working within New Relic’s Technical Success team focused on India’s growing enterprise market, where collaboration with Product, Sales, and executive leadership is key to customer success.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced technical and business acumen, master the art of translating complex observability solutions into clear business value, and grow as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and internal stakeholders while contributing to New Relic’s mission of empowering companies in an AI-first world.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Hands-on expertise with observability tools and deep understanding of New Relic’s platform capabilities
  • • Proven ability to develop, position, and deliver product-centric and value-centric solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
  • • Strong business and technical skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences, from IT teams to C-level executives
  • • Experience driving revenue growth through partnership with sales, managing customer relationships, and leading technical workshops
  • • Ability to build and train Centers of Excellence (COE) within customer organizations
  • • Excellent relationship management and technical objection-handling skills across the sales cycle
