- • As a Senior Technical Success Manager at New Relic, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving optimization and business outcomes through strategic consultancy and deep technical engagement. This role is critical in helping global enterprises maximize the value of New Relic’s observability platform in an AI-first world.
- • Day to day, you will conduct business reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on customer insights, deliver presentations and training, maintain CRM records, and stay current on industry trends and technologies.
- • You will join a global team of innovators dedicated to shaping the future of observability, working in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values diversity, inclusion, and authentic contribution to mission-driven goals.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise technical success, strategic account management, and influencing sales strategy through data-driven insights, while mentoring team members and advancing your proficiency in cloud, observability, and AI-related technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in a technical or account management role, preferably in consulting or agency environments
- • Proven track record in strategy consultancy and analytics with a focus on driving business outcomes
- • Strong client relationship management skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- • Experience in team management and mentorship, fostering growth and development
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- • Minimum of 8+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
- • Business-level English proficiency
