📋 Description

• Senior Technical Support Analyst - L2 role at Netradyne Technology Inc. in Bangalore, acting as a key second-level liaison between the company and its customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connected vehicle platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting customer-reported issues via Teams, calls, chat, and remote tools; performing root cause analysis; collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams; maintaining case documentation; and escalating critical issues with technical details.
• Netradyne is a leader in AI-powered fleet safety and video telematics solutions, headquartered in San Diego with global offices, leveraging Computer Vision and Edge Computing to analyze over 25 billion miles of vision data for road safety and driver performance optimization.
• The role offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in SaaS/cloud support, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to customer success in a fast-paced, inclusive, and innovative environment focused on revolutionizing transportation safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of technical support experience, preferably with SaaS or cloud-based platforms
• Good experience in Incident management Process
• Basic SQL knowledge and working experience with one or more databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or Salesforce)
• Good hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure, including weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field (B.E. / BTech / MCA)
