  • • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Technology Product Manager to join our dynamic Global eCommerce Platforms team at Henry Schein, Inc. This pivotal role is central to our ongoing digital transformation, focusing on enhancing enterprise digital services and omnichannel marketing capabilities to deliver seamless, connected customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
  • • As a key leader, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a critical suite of marketing and engagement platforms. This includes spearheading initiatives in performance marketing, ad serving technologies, and advanced personalization engines. You will operate at the crucial intersection of marketing strategy, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional customer experience, with the mandate to develop scalable, high-impact digital solutions that not only meet but exceed business objectives and deeply resonate with user needs.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be Platform Ownership, where you will meticulously manage and strategically evolve a comprehensive portfolio of customer engagement platforms. This encompasses acquisition strategies, performance marketing tools, sophisticated ad tech solutions, and dynamic personalization engines. You will ensure these platforms are tightly aligned with overarching omnichannel marketing objectives, driving cohesive and effective customer journeys.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves developing and articulating a bold, forward-looking Product Strategy and Vision. You will establish a clear, differentiated vision for Henry Schein's Ecommerce Platform Performance Marketing capability, aiming to cultivate sustainable competitive advantage and solidify market leadership through innovative product development.
  • • You will embody the voice of the customer, leveraging deep customer insights derived from rigorous research and data analysis to guide product prioritization and the development of innovative solutions. This customer-centric approach will ensure our digital offerings remain relevant, valuable, and impactful.
  • • Extensive Cross-Functional Collaboration is essential. You will forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Analytics, IT, UX, Creative, and Engineering teams. Your ability to foster collaboration will be key to delivering cohesive and integrated platform experiences that delight our users.
  • • You will meticulously manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating high-level strategic objectives into well-defined, actionable user stories and precise technical requirements. This ensures clarity and efficiency in the development process.
  • • A significant focus will be placed on Performance & Optimization. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs), diligently monitor product performance against these metrics, and implement continuous improvements to enhance usability, personalization effectiveness, and overall customer engagement.
  • • As a Change Agent, you will champion the adoption of new digital tools and capabilities across various teams. You will actively support change management efforts through clear, consistent communication and strategic enablement programs, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum benefit realization.
  • • You will be tasked with exploring and evaluating Emerging Technologies & AI Integration, including AI-driven personalization, content automation, and dynamic creative optimization. This proactive approach will maintain our innovation momentum and ensure we retain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • • Demonstrating outstanding management and leadership skills is crucial. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, motivating, developing, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve high performance. You will establish key operational objectives and delegate assignments effectively to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • • Vendor Management will also be part of your remit, potentially involving the development of proposed budgets for approval and the subsequent management of approved budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and optimal resource allocation.
