- • Senior Technology Recruiter role focused on hiring AWS engineers, architects, AI specialists, and cloud professionals to support Cloudscaler’s growth in transforming public and private sector cloud usage.
- • Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing strategies, managing permanent and contract pipelines, advising hiring managers, sharing market insights, coaching on structured interviewing, and improving recruitment processes.
- • Part of a fast-growing, values-driven company (mastery, integrity, community) working closely with the Head of Talent and technical leaders in a high-autonomy, commission-based role with real commercial upside.
- • Opportunity to build long-term talent networks, influence recruitment strategy, and grow professionally in a dynamic environment focused on cloud and AI innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven sourcing ability with experience identifying and engaging passive technical candidates
- • Demonstrated experience hiring for AWS or other technical engineering roles
- • Comfort managing both permanent and contract recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers
- • Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication
- • Familiarity with UK contract recruitment, IR35 regulations, or experience in cloud consultancies and AI/ML hiring (nice-to-have)
