- • As a Senior TechOps Solution Specialist at Monzo Bank, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure that empowers our employees to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our internal tools and systems are robust, secure, and efficient, directly contributing to Monzo's mission of making money work for everyone by simplifying traditional banking.
- • In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact, end-to-end technical solutions that address business needs and improve operational workflows. A significant part of your role will involve the proactive maintenance of our Software as a Service (SaaS) tooling, including managing vendor relationships and ensuring optimal performance. You will provide crucial support to the wider TechOps team and the Security collective, acting as a technical point of contact and problem-solver. Furthermore, you will contribute to the innovation and development of office technology, ensuring our physical and digital workspaces are equipped with cutting-edge solutions. A core responsibility will be to maintain the security and availability of our platforms, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring uninterrupted service. A key focus will be on automating tools, processes, and fixes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention, allowing the team to concentrate on more strategic initiatives. You will also be involved in complex technical problem-solving, diagnosing and resolving issues that impact internal operations.
