- • Senior Territory Manager responsible for driving gross profit dollar growth across a defined Southern California territory by acquiring new SaaS customers, expanding revenue in existing accounts, and increasing e-commerce adoption across all customer logos.
- • Day-to-day activities include prospecting and closing new SaaS accounts through cold outreach, on-site visits, networking, and cluster events; managing full sales cycles from discovery to close; maintaining and growing existing accounts by meeting in-person with scientists and procurement teams to boost e-commerce usage; analyzing Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities; and collaborating with Marketing, Supply, Software, Pricing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to share field insights and support cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in field-based sales or territory management, preferably targeting scientists, lab managers, or procurement teams in biotech or life sciences
- • Ability to prospect, run structured sales cycles, and expand accounts post-close, including cold outreach, on-site visits, and relationship building
- • Credibility with scientists, lab managers, procurement, and finance stakeholders, with comfort working inside lab environments to understand workflows
- • Motivation to learn SaaS sales and expand commercial skills in a growing, profitable technology business
- • Willingness to travel regularly across Southern California, including frequent trips to Los Angeles metro-area biotech hubs for in-person meetings
