📋 Description

  • Serve as the primary driver of B2B growth for Rula Health by building high-trust partnerships with brokers and consultants to identify and cultivate opportunities in the Mid-Market and National Accounts segment.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations with broker and consultant stakeholders to uncover employer client pain points related to mental health benefits and develop business urgency around Rula’s solutions.
  • Execute multichannel prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the pipeline for employer accounts through strategic outreach and relationship nurturing.
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven pitches that address employer needs and overcome complex objections, securing clear commitments and defined next steps in the sales process.
  • Manage a structured, high-integrity sales pipeline with zero-error CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions, opportunities, and forecasted revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client success, and clinical teams to align messaging and ensure seamless handoffs from lead generation to account onboarding.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with self-funded versus fully insured plan structures and how consultants advise employers on benefits strategy to position Rula effectively.
  • Act as a strategic launchpad for advancement into an Account Executive role by mastering consultative sales methodologies and demonstrating consistent pipeline growth and target achievement.
  • Represent Rula Health at industry events, virtual meetings, and consultations to strengthen brand credibility and expand influence within the broker and consultant community.
  • Adapt communication style to align with diverse consultant and employer client profiles, ensuring messaging is relevant, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based mental healthcare.
  • Proactively manage time and priorities to meet weekly and monthly sales metrics while maintaining high standards of operational discipline across all customer interactions.
  • Utilize feedback and coaching to continuously refine sales techniques, objection handling, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Support the broader Employer Team by sharing market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Operate fully remotely across U.S. time zones (excluding Hawaii) with up to 20% annual travel required for in-person meetings, conferences, or client site visits.
  • Demonstrate a high-energy, coachable mindset focused on personal growth, exceeding targets, and progressing toward a closing Account Executive role within Rula’s sales organization.
  • Embody Rula’s mission by championing mental health as an essential component of overall well-being and advocating for stigma-free, compassionate care in employer benefit offerings.
