- • Lead end-to-end QA activities for CMS (Sitecore) and web platforms, ensuring high-quality digital experiences.
- • Manage functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, analytics, and performance testing across multiple environments.
- • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to enable continuous quality validation.
- • Support content migration and rollout validations to ensure seamless transitions during digital transformations.
- • Collaborate closely with development, business analysis, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals.
- • Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and implement quality improvements across the software development lifecycle.
- • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
- • Prepare comprehensive QA reports, dashboards, and release readiness documentation to support decision-making and compliance.
- • Conduct cross-browser and multi-device testing to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
- • Apply strong understanding of accessibility standards and performance benchmarks in testing practices.
- • Utilize defect management tools and reporting methodologies to track, prioritize, and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative, high-quality releases aligned with sprint goals.
- • Participate in requirement reviews and test planning sessions to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical specifications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
- • Strong experience in CMS testing, with Sitecore preferred
- • Hands-on experience with Playwright and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
- • Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub
- • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- • Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and analytics testing
