- • The Senior Treasury Analyst at Prime Therapeutics plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial health by managing cash operations, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls that support strategic decision-making and organizational stability.
- • This role is essential to maintaining Prime Therapeutics’ ability to fund operations, manage debt, and optimize working capital, directly contributing to the company’s mission of connecting care for those we serve through disciplined financial stewardship.
- • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts by consolidating data from internal sources, updating for actual results, and performing variance analysis to anticipate liquidity needs and support short- and long-term financial planning.
- • Conduct complex analysis of corporate debt, market conditions, and bank relationships to evaluate financing options and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on capital structure and liquidity strategies.
- • Manage and optimize the company’s banking structure, including oversight of bank account administration, monthly bank fee analysis, identification of cost-saving opportunities, and coordination with banking partners to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant treasury operations.
- • Lead process improvement initiatives within the Treasury function and related divisions to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to Associate and Treasury Analyst team members, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices in treasury operations and financial analysis.
- • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury data, accurate financial statement preparation, and alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including security responsibilities and controls specific to the role, maintaining the integrity of financial systems and data.
