📋 Description

• • As a Senior Trial Attorney at Allstate, you will represent insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and Allstate Financial cases, playing a critical role in protecting customers and the organization from legal risks.
• • Day to day, you will prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions; draft and argue pre- and post-trial motions; provide legal counsel to business clients; manage case loads; coordinate with legal teams; and stay current on evolving laws and regulations impacting Allstate’s operations.
• • You will join Allstate’s Client Legal Services team, part of a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families, where legal strategy is closely aligned with business objectives to drive risk management and operational success.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in insurance defense, gain holistic insight into Allstate’s business operations, and have opportunities to influence strategic decisions, advance your litigation career, and build collaborative relationships across departments.
