- • Own the full development lifecycle of a core game, from early prototyping through to full live operations, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- • Design, develop, and maintain game systems and features using Unity and C#, adhering to industry best practices and scalable architecture.
- • Implement advanced AI-driven systems within the game to enhance efficiency, player experience, and operational performance.
- • Collaborate closely with art, design, and technical teams to define, refine, and ship new game features aligned with product goals.
- • Optimize game performance across multiple platforms to ensure smooth, responsive gameplay with minimal latency and resource usage.
- • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical issues in production environments with speed and precision to minimize player impact.
- • Stay current with emerging Unity features, C# advancements, and gaming industry trends to continuously improve development workflows and game quality.
- • Integrate and manage ad monetization systems within Unity-based games, ensuring compliance with platform policies and maximizing revenue potential without compromising user experience.
- • Contribute to technical planning and code reviews, mentoring junior developers and promoting high standards in code quality and documentation.
- • Participate in cross-functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with product roadmap and team objectives.
- • Maintain a strong focus on player-centric design, balancing technical constraints with engaging gameplay mechanics and intuitive UI/UX.
- • Work within a globally distributed team, coordinating across time zones to deliver consistent progress and meet project milestones.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in game development with a strong focus on Unity
- • Proficiency in C# and understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- • Strong understanding of Unity’s architecture, components, and asset pipeline
- • Experience with ad integration and monetization strategies in Unity applications/games
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
