Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own and scale Meta as Photoroom’s largest paid acquisition channel, managing a 7-figure monthly budget to drive growth among SMB and business audiences while consistently hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
- • Lead the end-to-end creative feedback loop by analyzing Meta performance data to identify winning and losing ads, generating data-backed creative hypotheses, and providing structured direction to the in-house creative team to maintain a continuous pipeline of high-performing ads.
- • Build and operate a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, ad creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas to rapidly ship experiments, learn from outcomes, and compound insights to support the strategic pivot toward SMB acquisition.
- • Connect paid acquisition performance to unit economics and incrementality by partnering with data and measurement teams to refine attribution models and ensure spend decisions reflect true incremental value rather than last-click attribution.
- • Work AI-native by building custom tooling and automations (e.g., using Claude Code or similar) to accelerate user acquisition workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase autonomy in campaign optimization.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align acquisition strategy with product roadmap, user behavior, and creative output, ensuring cohesive cross-functional execution.
- • Translate performance signals into actionable insights that directly influence creative direction, audience targeting, and budget allocation across Meta campaigns.
- • Drive scalable growth by identifying new audience segments, optimizing bid strategies, and refining campaign architectures to maximize efficiency and ROI within Meta’s ecosystem.
- • Maintain deep operational ownership of Meta campaigns, from setup and monitoring to optimization and reporting, ensuring all activities are aligned with company-wide growth objectives.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between paid acquisition and internal creative teams, ensuring feedback loops are rapid, data-driven, and result in iterative improvements to ad performance.
- • Leverage analytics to uncover hidden opportunities in campaign data, such as underperforming creatives, audience fatigue, or emerging micro-segments, and act decisively to pivot strategy.
- • Stay current with Meta’s platform updates, ad formats, and algorithm changes, proactively adapting campaigns to maintain competitive advantage and performance efficiency.
- • Document and share learnings across teams to institutionalize best practices and elevate the overall performance marketing capability within Photoroom.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands-on expertise managing six-figure monthly budgets on Meta against LTV:CAC targets.
- • Proven track record of partnering closely with creative teams to generate data-backed hypotheses and close the feedback loop between performance and creative output.
- • Strong analytical depth in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with ability to tie channel performance to business outcomes.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work flexibly from France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or UK with monthly Paris office visits fully reimbursed.
- • 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays, competitive equity package with stock options/BSPCE, and €1,000 annual learning and development budget.
- • Private health insurance, access to personalized mental health support via MokaCare, sports and cultural activities reimbursement, and €1,000 one-time home office grant or €400/month co-working stipend (EMEA remote).
