- • Ruby Labs is seeking a highly motivated Senior User Acquisition Manager to spearhead and scale paid acquisition efforts across Meta and TikTok for their innovative subscription-based consumer products. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is passionate about driving measurable growth through performance marketing, with a keen eye for experimentation and a commitment to scalable expansion. You will be instrumental in building, refining, and growing robust acquisition systems, fostering close collaboration with creative, product, and analytics teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- • In this hands-on position, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of paid user acquisition. You will be tasked with owning and scaling campaigns across Meta and TikTok, relentlessly focusing on improving key performance indicators such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). A significant part of your role will involve identifying successful campaigns and creatives, and then strategically scaling them while meticulously maintaining efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for constructing and managing campaign structures that are meticulously aligned with overarching scaling objectives, ensuring that every element of the campaign architecture supports growth. Continuous testing and optimization of creatives will be paramount, alongside the execution of structured A/B tests. These tests must be underpinned by clear hypotheses and well-defined learning agendas, ensuring that experimentation leads to actionable insights and tangible improvements.
- • A core component of this role involves deep data analysis and informed decision-making. You will analyze performance data across the entire user acquisition funnel, from initial ad impression to final conversion and beyond, identifying critical bottlenecks that hinder growth and uncovering hidden opportunities for expansion. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be crucial for guiding strategic decisions. A thorough understanding of various attribution models and platform-specific nuances, particularly in the evolving landscape of iOS 14+, will be essential for accurate performance evaluation and effective campaign management. Furthermore, you will actively collaborate with creative teams, providing clear, data-driven feedback on ad hooks, angles, and formats to ensure maximum impact. This collaboration extends to helping define and scale repeatable creative frameworks that can be leveraged for sustained campaign success. You will also be tasked with identifying new scaling levers within existing channels, exploring innovative ways to maximize reach and efficiency. This includes testing new audiences, experimenting with novel ad formats, and evaluating different campaign types to uncover untapped potential. When relevant, you will contribute to the strategic exploration and testing of new acquisition channels, broadening the company's marketing reach.
