- • As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for conceptualizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns across key paid social channels. Your primary focus will be on effectively reaching and engaging the Health and Fitness audience, ensuring our cutting-edge wellness solutions connect with those who need them most. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating the complexities of mobile traffic acquisition and delivering measurable results.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of mobile traffic advertising campaigns. This includes the initial launch, continuous performance monitoring, meticulous optimization, and strategic scaling to maximize reach and efficiency. A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with our design team to experiment with creatives. You will be instrumental in A/B testing various ad formats, analyzing performance data, and iterating based on insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring all advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance, identifying trends, and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders. A crucial aspect of this position is the proactive research and evaluation of new user acquisition channels, staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
- • In your initial three months, you will be immersed in Welltech's operations, quickly gaining proficiency in all relevant metrics, processes, and reporting structures. You will be expected to independently manage your projects, adhering to best practices, consistently achieving target ROI, and demonstrating a clear understanding of when and how to scale campaign volumes up or down based on performance and strategic objectives. Beyond campaign management, you will have the opportunity to lead an additional area of responsibility, contributing innovative ideas and suggesting improvements to our acquisition strategies. A key deliverable will be your ability to conduct thorough competitor analysis and leverage data-driven decision-making to inform your strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
