- • As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at WellTech Limited, you will drive growth for wellness apps like Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit by managing paid social campaigns that acquire high-value users in the Health and Fitness vertical, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping millions build healthy habits for life.
- • Day to day, you will launch, optimize, and scale mobile advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms; collaborate with designers on creative A/B testing; monitor performance metrics; analyze results; report insights; and explore new user acquisition channels to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
- • You will join a global, remote-friendly team of 700+ professionals across five hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, working within a values-driven culture that emphasizes growing together, leading by example, being results-driven, and making well-being a reality for users worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social user acquisition, master campaign analytics and reporting tools, lead independent projects with full ownership, develop data-driven decision-making skills, and have the opportunity to expand your influence by leading additional initiatives and suggesting strategic improvements based on competitor analysis and performance trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition
- • Practical experience managing large budgets on Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat)
- • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- • Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or Clarisight is a plus
