- • Design end-to-end mobile product experiences for JustPlay, one of the world’s top entertainment apps, with a focus on content discovery, player motivation, and loyalty gamification.
- • Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the JustPlay app, ensuring seamless interactions across iOS and Android platforms.
- • Drive measurable business outcomes by aligning design decisions with company growth goals, balancing player delight with retention and engagement metrics.
- • Lead the evolution of JustPlay’s design system and guidelines, maintaining consistency and scalability across all product surfaces.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions within technical constraints and platform best practices.
- • Translate research insights, user analytics, and behavioral data into actionable design concepts that improve usability and player journey flow.
- • Integrate AI tools and automated workflows into the design and product development lifecycle to enhance team efficiency and accelerate delivery.
- • Establish and refine scalable design processes that support team growth and maintain high standards of craft and quality.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product usability and player experience through iterative testing and feedback loops.
- • Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering a high-performing, growth-minded design team culture.
- • Champion design-led practices across the organization, educating cross-functional stakeholders on the value of user-centered design.
- • Stay current with mobile gaming trends, advertising ecosystem dynamics, and emerging UX/UI patterns in entertainment apps.
- • Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and craftsmanship within the design function and broader company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience designing end-to-end mobile product experiences, ideally in gaming or entertainment
- • Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement strategies
- • Expert proficiency in Figma
- • A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
- • Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes
- • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft
