- • As a Senior Vendor Manager at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in enabling the company’s Physical AI Lab strategy by leading end-to-end logistics, equipment management, and site operations for global AI data collection programs. Your leadership will directly support the deployment of safe, scalable AI solutions for enterprise clients and the Magnificent Seven, ensuring that high-quality, contextual, multilingual datasets are collected efficiently and securely across 230+ markets.
- • You will oversee a team of Project Coordinators responsible for equipment logistics, lab operations, and location sourcing, driving seamless execution of complex, multi-site data collection initiatives while maintaining compliance with security, budget, and timeline requirements. This role is critical to Centific’s mission of bridging AI creators with industry leaders through zero-distance innovation™ solutions that reduce GenAI costs by up to 80% and accelerate time-to-market by 50%.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end operational delivery for data collection logistics, including managing global shipping of prototype devices, cameras, sensors, and lab equipment; ensuring standardized processes for inventory tracking, asset management, customs compliance, insurance, and equipment readiness; and mitigating risks associated with high-value and sensitive asset handling across international borders.
- • You will lead strategy for sourcing and securing residential, commercial, and lab environments for data collection, overseeing vendor relationships with real estate brokers, landlords, Airbnb hosts, facilities providers, staging companies, and build-out vendors to ensure all locations meet client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency in site selection, booking, and turnover processes.
- • You will plan and execute lab environment build-outs (e.g., homes, retail, medical, warehouse setups), partnering with internal and external teams on space design, construction logistics, staging, and equipment deployment to support the global expansion of Centific’s Physical AI lab footprint and enable real-world data capture for fine-tuned LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- • You will manage the full vendor ecosystem across logistics, real estate, staging, and facilities, negotiating contracts, pricing models, and SLAs; owning and tracking budgets for equipment procurement, shipping, site rentals, build-outs, and operational support; and identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
- • You will ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance standards across all operations by overseeing chain-of-custody protocols, insurance and liability coverage, site and participant safety measures, and proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks in alignment with Centific’s commitment to safe, scalable AI deployment.
- • You will partner closely with Delivery, Solutions, and Client teams to align operational execution with client requirements and timelines, driving continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and vendor ecosystems to enhance scalability and reliability of global data collection programs.
- • You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a frontier AI data foundry that includes over 150 PhDs and data scientists, 4,000+ AI practitioners, and access to 1.8 million vertical domain experts, gaining deep expertise in Physical AI enablement, global logistics for AI training data, and enterprise-scale GenAI deployment strategies.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by enabling faster, safer, and more cost-effective AI data collection at scale—directly contributing to Centific’s ability to reduce GenAI costs by up to 80% and bring solutions to market 50% faster—while building a scalable operational model that supports the company’s growth in high-stakes AI markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, program management, facilities, real estate, or site operations
- • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operational programs involving equipment logistics, vendor coordination, and budget oversight
- • Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, vendor and contract management, budgeting and financial oversight, and experience working with technical equipment or lab environments
