Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the Enterprise Clients team for Occupier Services across the Americas as a strategic, client-facing executive who owns the full P&L and long-term growth of marquee accounts. You will serve as the single point of accountability for service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue expansion on accounts whose portfolios span millions of square feet and hundreds of millions of dollars in annual spend.
- • Act as the senior relationship manager for a curated portfolio of Fortune 500 and Global 1000 occupiers, orchestrating quarterly and annual business reviews that translate real-time market intelligence into actionable portfolio strategies. Your ability to synthesize complex data into concise, board-level narratives will directly influence multi-year capital allocation decisions and shape the client’s global footprint.
- • Drive end-to-end transaction advisory and management excellence by personally guiding high-stakes lease negotiations, dispositions, renewals, and expansions. You will leverage deep capital-markets knowledge to structure creative deal terms, optimize total cost of occupancy, and unlock hidden value through sale-leasebacks, early terminations, and market-timing arbitrage.
- • Champion continuous improvement of Colliers’ service delivery infrastructure by designing and deploying best-in-class tools, technology, and process discipline across Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Consulting, Technology Services, and Project Management teams. Your leadership will standardize governance, KPIs, and quality control protocols that scale across all Enterprise accounts.
- • Translate sophisticated financial analytics into executive-ready recommendations that reduce occupancy costs, consolidate operations, and capitalize on emerging submarkets. You will oversee the creation of dynamic portfolio models, scenario planning, and ROI analyses that empower clients to make confident, data-driven decisions in volatile economic cycles.
- • Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional account teams that consistently exceed client expectations and Colliers’ profitability targets. You will set clear performance metrics, provide real-time coaching, and foster a culture of ownership that attracts top talent and minimizes regrettable attrition.
- • Collaborate with global leadership to refine the Enterprise Clients go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, and service bundling. Your insights will inform M&A priorities, technology investments, and strategic partnerships that keep Colliers at the forefront of occupier services innovation.
- • Serve as a visible thought leader within the commercial real estate community by authoring white papers, speaking at industry conferences, and cultivating relationships with C-suite executives, institutional investors, and economic development agencies. Your external influence will reinforce Colliers’ reputation as the advisor of choice for complex, mission-critical real estate decisions.
- • Ensure rigorous compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards while proactively identifying and mitigating portfolio-level risk. You will maintain airtight documentation, audit trails, and client confidentiality protocols that protect both Colliers and its clients in an increasingly scrutinized environment.
- • Translate corporate ESG and DEI objectives into tangible real estate strategies, guiding clients toward carbon-neutral facilities, wellness-certified spaces, and inclusive workplace designs that attract and retain top talent while meeting investor and regulatory expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial real estate occupier services, tenant representation, or corporate real estate management with demonstrable P&L ownership.
- • Proven track record of managing multi-million-square-foot portfolios and negotiating complex lease transactions exceeding $100 million in aggregate value.
- • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, capital markets analysis, and portfolio optimization tools; expert-level Excel and familiarity with Workday or similar ERP platforms.
- • Executive presence and communication skills capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders, boards, and global account teams; demonstrated success in high-stakes negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive employer-subsidized medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage for employees and eligible dependents, plus employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
- • 401(k) retirement plan with competitive employer match, short- and long-term disability coverage, and 10 paid sick days annually.
- • Minimum 15 days of vacation (unlimited for senior roles), 10 paid holidays, and 2 personal flex days; 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents and 4 weeks for non-birth parents after 90 days of employment.
