• • The Senior Vice President of FP&A will lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Nomi Health, reporting directly to the CFO and serving as a key strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and executive leadership team.
• • Day to day, the role involves building scalable financial processes, delivering clear financial insights, driving accountability, supporting growth initiatives, and shaping financial strategy to guide the company through its next phase of expansion.
• • Nomi Health is rebuilding the healthcare system by eliminating waste in paperwork, delays, and middle layers, focusing on transparent pricing, faster provider payments, and data-driven decisions for employers, having already impacted over 30 million lives.
• • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to shape financial strategy for a high-growth, complex organization, balance long-term planning with hands-on execution, and contribute to the scaling of both profitable analytics businesses and early-stage ventures.
