- • Design high-quality visual and UI experiences for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features, owning execution from concept to pixel-perfect delivery while balancing aesthetics with usability and trust.
- • Contribute to and strengthen OKX’s Visual Systems by creating scalable, reusable assets including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, color systems, and layout patterns — ensuring consistency across all product surfaces.
- • Actively integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI) into daily design workflows for ideation, exploration, variation, and asset production; experiment with AI-assisted methods and bring effective practices back to the team.
- • Bridge brand and product design by translating brand direction into in-product visual experiences, ensuring alignment in palette, sensibility, and quality between marketing and core product interfaces.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ground visual decisions in user needs and technical feasibility, participating actively in design reviews and providing constructive critique.
- • Pitch and present creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind visual choices and how they serve both user experience and brand identity.
- • Deliver pixel-perfect work with exceptional attention to typography, composition, color, and micro-interactions, ensuring the highest standard of craft in every deliverable.
- • Work within established design systems, understanding tokens, components, and how individual design decisions contribute to a unified visual language — avoiding one-off exceptions in favor of scalable solutions.
- • Produce high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate motion, interaction intent, and user flow to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- • Apply human-centered design principles to ensure visual design enhances usability, builds emotional connection, and reinforces trust in a high-stakes fintech and crypto environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in visual design or UI design with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, attention to detail, and modern design sensibility across digital products
- • Fluency with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Figma AI, actively using them for ideation, exploration, and production
- • Strong visual craft in typography, color, composition, layout, and pixel-level precision
- • Experience contributing to or working within design systems, including understanding tokens and components
- • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools with ability to produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- • Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and how visual design supports usability, trust, and emotional connection
