- • As a Senior Visual Designer at SplitMetrics, you will be the architect of the brand’s visual storytelling, shaping how the company connects emotionally with its audience across every marketing touchpoint. Your work will directly influence brand perception and business impact by translating complex AI-powered product offerings into compelling, high-converting visual narratives that resonate with discerning B2B SaaS marketers.
- • You will lead the redesign and consolidation of SplitMetrics’ websites, ensuring AI offerings are clearly and compellingly integrated into the solutions portfolio, while owning visual storytelling across web, ads, emails, events, and social media to drive engagement and conversion.
- • Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams, you will build a unified design ecosystem, create scalable workflows and self-serve templates, and use performance data (CTR, A/B tests, customer feedback) to continuously optimize creative assets for maximum business impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in marketing design within tech, ideally B2B SaaS
- • Mastery of brand identity, visual systems, and emotional storytelling backed by a strong portfolio
- • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort with data-driven decision making (CTR, A/B testing, UX principles)
