- • As a Senior Web Developer on the ShareGate marketing team, you will serve as the technical engine turning ambitious marketing ideas into reality by building what Webflow cannot do on its own, ensuring integrations hold up, and maintaining reliable analytics tracking for data-driven decisions.
- • Day to day, you will implement pages, components, and landing pages in Webflow with custom code when needed; build and maintain integrations with third-party tools like Intercom, Spara, and MCP; own end-to-end analytics implementation including event tracking setup and data integrity validation using GTM and GA4; develop technically ambitious web experiences such as microsites, interactive features, and rich animations for 360 campaigns; review and improve the team’s vibe-coded implementations; join initiative kickoffs to identify technical blockers early; and document site structure, integrations, and technical decisions.
- • You will join the Identity & Web team, a tight-knit, multidisciplinary group of six senior professionals within the ShareGate marketing team, which includes a brand marketing manager, marketing designer, web designer, copywriter, and now you. This team is responsible for ShareGate’s brand and website, two of the company’s strongest growth levers, and operates with a focus on speed, quality, and close collaboration.
- • In this role, you will be the technical backbone behind a significant site evolution, improve conversion performance through smarter on-site experiences and friction reduction, and support marketing campaigns with standout microsites and interactive web executions. You will have the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges, influence high-visibility projects, and grow your expertise in web development, analytics, and integration within a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant web development experience or equivalent
- • Strong experience with Webflow
- • Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- • Hands-on experience with analytics implementation (GTM, GA4, or similar)
- • Comfortable with APIs and third-party integrations
- • Able to write and maintain custom code from scratch when needed
