You will leverage your deep expertise in modern web technologies to build high-quality, production-ready user interfaces that are not only performant and accessible but also robust and maintainable.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond individual contributions; you will actively influence engineering quality, establish design standards, and contribute to long-term architectural decisions that impact multiple teams. • • You will be comfortable navigating and contributing to various product surfaces, from the core application features to marketing landing pages and intricate UI systems. A high bar for accessibility, performance, and maintainability will be your guiding principle in all your endeavors.
• • Collaboration is key to our success. You will naturally partner with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, acting as a catalyst to elevate the skills and standards of those around you. Your ability to translate complex design concepts into elegant, functional code will be highly valued.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve contributing to and evolving our design system. This includes refining component patterns, ensuring UI consistency across the platform, and championing best practices in front-end development. You will be working directly from Figma designs, fostering a close and effective collaboration with our talented designers.
• • You will implement well-structured React and Next.js flows, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs. This requires a strong understanding of state management, asynchronous operations, and API design principles.
• • Championing code quality is a core tenet of this position. You will actively promote robust testing approaches, advocate for accessibility standards, and contribute to comprehensive documentation and internal tooling.
• • Your efforts will help ensure Doxy.me remains at the forefront of modern web technologies and development best practices, solidifying our position as a leader in the telehealth space.
• • We are looking for someone who possesses a strong eye for visual quality, design detail, accessibility, and UI performance. Your skills in CSS, responsive design, and animation/motion systems will be crucial in creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• • Experience with design systems, Storybook, and UI component libraries is highly desirable, as is a good feel for motion and interaction design.
