• • In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Architectural Excellence by employing Spec Driven Development (SDD). This methodology ensures that all features are meticulously architected, designed for scalability, and thoroughly documented prior to the commencement of development, laying a solid foundation for robust and maintainable software.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to core Product Development, where you will be tasked with the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the Fulcrum platform. This involves close collaboration with your team members to deliver high-quality product features and an exceptional user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
• • A significant aspect of this position involves Intelligent Automation. You will be expected to proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes throughout the entire engineering lifecycle. By strategically employing AI and developing custom tooling, you will aim to significantly increase development velocity without ever compromising the integrity and stability of our systems.
• • Collaboration and Teamwork are paramount. You will engage in constant collaboration with colleagues across product, design, and engineering departments to ensure the successful delivery of quality features and the effective maintenance of the Fulcrum platform. Your active participation in providing constructive feedback and sharing insights during problem definition and solutioning phases will be highly valued.
