Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As the Senior Website Developer at dash0 GmbH, you will own the complete lifecycle of dash0.com, leading a full strategic overhaul of the website from architecture and design to performance and content, ensuring it becomes a best-in-class digital front door for an AI-native observability platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and drives developer adoption.
- • You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the website, including information architecture, design system implementation, tech stack decisions, content strategy, and continuous optimization, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to ship fast, learn quickly, and iterate aggressively using AI-native workflows.
- • Dash0 is an OpenTelemetry-native observability company backed by Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures, in a high-growth phase post-Series B, building a transparent, developer-loved platform with built-in cost control and AI-centric innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape a generational company’s public face.
- • Your day-to-day will involve leading the redesign and rebuild of dash0.com, maintaining and improving the site continuously without agency handoffs, obsessing over Core Web Vitals and technical SEO, instrumenting analytics for experimentation, crafting premium UX that converts, and leveraging AI tools for code generation, content optimization, and automated testing to move faster than traditional workflows allow.
- • You will own SEO and content infrastructure, ensuring every page is optimized for crawlability, indexing, structured data, and conversion, while collaborating with content teams to align technical execution with messaging and funnel goals.
- • Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern web performance, AI-augmented development, technical SEO at scale, and cross-functional product leadership, positioning yourself as a full-stack web leader in a high-impact, fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record owning and shipping websites end-to-end, not just contributing to them
- • Strong front-end engineering skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, with familiarity in modern frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, or similar
- • Deep understanding of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
- • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Posthog) and running structured A/B experiments
- • Sharp design sensibility — ability to work in Figma, collaborate with designers, or build UI/UX independently
- • High proficiency with AI-assisted development and content workflows, using them as a core part of your operating model
- • Bias for speed: consistent ability to ship, learn, and iterate rapidly
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and meaningful equity participation — you’ll own part of what you’re building
- • Flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich
- • €60/month phone and internet allowance
- • Location-specific benefits tailored to your region
- • Collaborative, fast-moving team culture with a builder mindset and direct access to founders
- • Clear path for career growth and development in a high-growth, Series B-backed startup
Skills & Technologies
About dash0 GmbH
dash0 is an open-source-centric observability platform that automatically ingests metrics, traces and logs from cloud-native environments. Built around OpenTelemetry, it offers vendor-neutral data collection, a unified query interface and out-of-the-box dashboards for Kubernetes, microservices and serverless workloads. Engineers can search, analyze and correlate telemetry in real time, set intelligent alerts and share findings across teams. The SaaS service scales elastically, keeps data in EU or US regions and provides role-based access controls, SSO and audit logs. dash0 helps operators reduce mean time to detection and resolution without locking data into proprietary agents or formats.
