📋 Description

• • Senior Workday Implementation Specialist responsible for implementing and integrating new customers onto Remote’s Global Payroll platform where Workday serves as the core HCM system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery within agreed timescales.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end Workday payroll integrations, serving as the primary technical and functional point of contact for customers, analyzing Workday environments, managing data extraction and validation processes, configuring Remote’s Payroll system per customer needs, coordinating parallel payroll runs and go-live readiness, transitioning customers to Payroll Operations teams, providing training on integration processes, maintaining customer relationships, contributing to process improvements, ensuring data confidentiality, participating in quality assurance reviews, and supporting the creation of Workday integration playbooks.
