📋 Description

• • Senior Workday Implementation Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end Workday payroll integrations for global customers, ensuring accurate setup, data migration, compliance, and seamless go-live on Remote’s Global Payroll platform where Workday serves as the core HCM system.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer Workday environments, managing data extraction and transformation, configuring payroll systems per local regulations, coordinating parallel payroll runs, providing training to customers, and transitioning them to Payroll Operations with full documentation.
• • Part of the Global Payroll Implementation team at Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company enabling compliant global employment through innovative HR technology, with team members across 6 continents and a culture rooted in asynchronous work, innovation, and inclusion.
