- • We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst II to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst II, you will be at the forefront of understanding our current workforce, anticipating future needs, and developing actionable strategies to ensure we have the right talent, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right time to achieve our strategic business objectives.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to dive deep into our extensive workforce data. This involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting a wide array of metrics, including but not limited to headcount, employee turnover rates, demographic distributions, skills inventories, performance data, and compensation benchmarks. You will be expected to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can illuminate opportunities for improvement and potential risks.
- • A significant part of your role will involve developing and presenting comprehensive, clear, and compelling reports and interactive dashboards. These outputs will serve as critical tools for informing decision-making across various levels of the organization, from HR leadership to executive management and departmental heads. Your ability to translate complex data into easily understandable narratives and actionable recommendations will be paramount.
- • You will play a crucial role in demand forecasting, employing a variety of sophisticated methodologies. This includes utilizing statistical models, predictive analytics, and scenario planning techniques to forecast future workforce needs. These forecasts will be grounded in a thorough understanding of our business objectives, projected market trends, economic indicators, and our organization's growth plans, ensuring our talent strategy is aligned with our long-term vision.
- • Leading and supporting key workforce planning initiatives will be a core function. This includes spearheading projects related to organizational design, workforce optimization, succession planning, and talent mobility. You will contribute to developing robust strategies that address potential talent gaps, mitigate risks associated with skill shortages or oversupply, and ensure a sustainable and agile workforce.
- • Collaboration and consultation are central to this position. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, functional leaders, and senior executives to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs and challenges. Your role will be to translate these business requirements into effective workforce plans and provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in workforce analytics and planning.
- • You will be instrumental in leveraging our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and specialized workforce planning software. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing data accuracy, refining reporting capabilities, and optimizing our forecasting models to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our analytics.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and continuous refinement of our workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines. This ensures consistency, compliance, and the adoption of leading practices throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar, coupled with expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, including demand forecasting, scenario planning, and organizational design.
- • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management, and organizational development.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
