• • This role is for a driven Junior SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, tasked with significantly scaling Solace’s organic growth. The focus extends beyond traditional content marketing to encompass the dynamic landscape of AI-driven search, performance-oriented content strategies, building domain authority, and mastering technical SEO. You will be instrumental in executing a well-defined strategic roadmap, operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• • Reporting directly to Growth leadership, you will foster close collaborations with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Product, and Engineering. This synergy is crucial to ensure Solace maintains a strong presence across search and AI platforms, is perceived as a trusted resource, and is optimized for conversions at scale.
• • A key responsibility will be advancing Solace's visibility in both traditional search engines like Google and emerging AI-powered search experiences. This involves executing targeted initiatives designed to enhance our presence and discoverability. You will optimize crucial elements such as FAQ sections and entity signals to bolster our citation potential and improve our standing in search results.
• • Proactive monitoring of AI and organic visibility trends will be essential, enabling you to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. This forward-thinking approach will ensure Solace stays ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving search landscape.
• • Driving performance SEO is central to this role. You will focus on optimizing high-intent pages that are directly linked to patient acquisition and revenue generation. This includes conducting in-depth keyword research, with a particular emphasis on identifying commercial and problem-aware queries that resonate with our target audience.
• • You will support the strategic expansion of content across key areas, including condition-specific information, insurance details, and marketplace offerings. A continuous effort to refresh and enhance existing content based on performance data will be vital for sustained growth and relevance.
• • Contributing to authority and backlink growth is another significant aspect of the role. You will identify high-value backlink opportunities and meticulously build outreach lists to engage potential partners. Executing targeted outreach campaigns and diligently tracking placement success will be key.
• • You will also assist in the development of compelling linkable assets and authoritative resource content that positions Solace as a thought leader in the healthcare space. Monitoring the health of our backlink profile and tracking referring domain growth will ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our link-building efforts.
• • Maintaining technical SEO excellence is paramount. This involves conducting comprehensive site audits using industry-standard tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. You will identify critical opportunities related to crawlability, indexation, and internal linking structures.
• • Clearly documenting technical recommendations and effectively communicating them to the Engineering team will be crucial for seamless implementation. Furthermore, you will perform quality assurance checks on all implemented changes to guarantee best-in-class execution and adherence to SEO best practices.
• • Owning performance tracking is a core function. You will diligently monitor key SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversion-related data. Maintaining accurate dashboards and providing regular, insightful reporting will be expected.
• • The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be critical for informing strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement across all SEO initiatives.
• • Success in this role will be measured by a consistent delivery of high-impact SEO initiatives that demonstrably increase organic visibility, enhance authority, and drive patient acquisition. This includes improving rankings on revenue-critical pages, expanding discoverability across AI and search platforms, strengthening our backlink profile, and building scalable systems that foster compounding growth over time.
